Zlaten Rozhen Family Hotel- Monument Of Cultural Significance

The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by natural and cultural beauty. Guests can take a walk to admire the beautiful pyramids, enjoy the local wine and food in a traditional-style restaurant, and relax with a pleasant spa experience. Rooms were comfortable with cozy beds and some facilities, and the staff was friendly and helpful. guests could enjoy a delicious breakfast with some options to choose from, including omelets or toast with ham and cheese and coffee or tea.

The hotel had some issues with WiFi not working properly, and a credit card machine that was out of order.

The breakfast options were decent and there was a nice selection of food to choose from. The location was great, very close to many historical attractions and sites to see. the staff was polite and always greeting guests with a smile.

The room was quite small and not very comfortable, making it difficult to relax and get good sleep. the Wi-Fi was spotty and only seemed to work in the lobby.

We had an amazing and romantic escape at a hotel surrounded by natural beauty. the rooms were cozy and beautifully furnished with traditional Bulgarian style. the restaurant had incredible food and wine, especially the roasted peppers, zucchini schnitzel, and the Chicken Kavarna were mouth-watering. the customer service was excellent with comfortable beds and excellent wines choices. We loved the location because it was a short 10-minute walk to a historic and cultural landmark and if you enjoy hiking there is a beautiful hike through the forest and along the river bed.

The few issues we experienced where minor. Our breakfast took a little bit longer than expected, we felt as if the restaurant waitress was too busy.

We loved the cozy and traditional style of this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, even going as far as to chase after us with an umbrella in the rain. The restaurant had amazing dishes, and breakfast was really filling with a great selection of yogurt, eggs, vegetables, cheeses and toast. Lastly, the location at the base of a monastery and nearby sights made it a beautiful and convenient place to stay.
